BIGS® creator offer

BIGS® – Educational Initiative Berlin – offers creators the opportunity to work with high-quality, didactically tested teaching material and at the same time generate income through transparent revenue sharing. This offer describes the cooperation, rights, services and conditions.

1. Introduction

The aim of this cooperation is to distribute high-quality learning content (e.g. the simulation “Electron beam in crossed fields”) via creator channels with broad reach. BIGS® provides content and materials, creators contribute reach, creativity and knowledge of their target audience.

2. Services for creators

Creators in particular receive:

  • Access to all BIGS® simulations and materials released for use
  • Use of BIGS® worksheets (student and teacher versions)
  • Use of preview images, thumbnails and text modules
  • A personal creator tracking link
  • Revenue share according to the individually agreed commission
  • Support with technical questions and implementation

3. Technical maintenance & updates

BIGS® is responsible for all necessary maintenance, bug fixing and further development of the digital products provided. This in particular includes:

  • Security and stability updates
  • Bug fixes and functional corrections
  • Adjustments to current browser, device and operating system versions
  • Continuous updates of worksheets, HTML pages and language versions

No additional costs arise for creators. Technical responsibility lies entirely with BIGS®; creators do not have to perform maintenance work, server adjustments or technical checks.

4. Usage rights

Creators receive the right to use the provided material in their own channels (e.g. YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, websites, blogs), as long as the BIGS® brand remains clearly visible.

The material may not be resold, licensed independently, misleadingly rebranded or offered in separate download areas without prior consent.

5. Tracking & compensation

  • Each creator receives an individual tracking link.
  • Commission per qualified sale or click in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Payouts monthly as soon as the agreed minimum amount has been reached.
  • BIGS® provides transparent reports with click numbers, countries of origin and revenues.

6. Data protection & legal information

  • Personal data is processed exclusively within the framework of the creator partnership.
  • BIGS® is not liable for content published by creators themselves (e.g. videos, posts, comments).
  • The cooperation can be terminated at any time by either party with effect for the future.
  • In case of misuse of the material (e.g. unauthorised distribution, re-upload of files) BIGS® reserves the right to take legal action.

7. Final provisions

This offer does not establish an employment relationship or a commercial agency relationship. Changes and additions must be made in writing.
